I was hired to create, develop and manage the first assimilation process for this congregation. I oversaw the implementation of 3 major elements of a customized assimilation process for a congregation with a weekend attendance of over 2500. The 3 elements were: 1. A software/database/tracking system. (Systems for automating check in and tracking for all class attendance plus tracking requirements such as background checks for all volunteers.)2. A team that positioned all department volunteers under one umbrella for the purpose of training, celebrating and information sharing.3. A 4 session course designed to take individuals from their current position to a full and official member and recruited volunteer. This increased the total Volunteer base by 300 people (a 115% increase) in the first 10 months of its inception serving the intended purpose of securing membership commitment as well as recruiting and training volunteers. I wrote curriculum and developed a pathway for new individuals desiring deeper involvement. This class included 4 classes and 2 events. An average of 30 persons per month chose membership due to this program.This program resulted in growth for individuals attending as well as providing a venue for recruiting new volunteers to previously understaffed departments within the church.I also spoke on many occasions to entire congregation as well as taught and trained weekly to smaller groups.IN ADDITION: My team and I also led the process and budget of local building projects using volunteers to provide home repairs and/or entire homes for persons of need in our community.

I worked in Curative alongside attorneys. My job was to locate mineral owners, go over needed solutions for curing title issues that prevented the leasing companies from being able to drill, getting instruments signed and filed within legal time lines. I was very successful in explaining issues and gaining the trust of mineral owners who were often not trusting of Oil and Gas people. I left this position due to lay offs that were a result of falling oil prices. I was given great letters of recommendation by attorneys and managers that I worked with. I left the position with a 100% success rate for getting all my cases closed with needed signatures.
