Organized information for 10 models at once and provided valuable suggestions or solutions to the NIKE design team. - Manage the team to accomplish Signature basketball shoe series for NBA player Kevin Durant with innovation technology implemented to the shoe design.- Collaborate with Nike’s product creation team, offshore factories and Air bag vendors to deliver the most innovative product lately-Air Zoom Strobel from concept stage to completion that meet all expectations within 15 months. - Coached more than 5 junior project managers that are newly on board and provided them a systematic learning program to speed up the learning curve at their trial stage.

Responsible for working with NIKE WHQ team to develop and produce more than 10+ models of high quality Basketball footwear. Also work with Pou Chen offshore factories during mass production.- Create and update all necessary documentation used in product creation process. - Provide suggestion, solutions and new ideas of process to solve footwear issue and difficulties while meeting WHQ's designer expectation and performance need. - Monitor critical dates and ensured production timeline, cost and sample delivery requirements. - Responsible for reviewing all technical and aesthetic components, samples of the product incorporating WHQ's design, engineering and marketing input. - Mentored new project assistance on the product creation process as part of their questions during boarding into the basketball category.- Ensure that all the timeline of projects are delivered on-time.
