1. Work with planning team to optimize and rationalize seasonal OTB by line, category and sub department;2. Manage OTB by category and accountable for retail and outlet accessory and footwear seasonal buying of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan region;3. Optimize and improve seasonal assortment to suit target customer and maximize sales potential and margin of company;4. Manage stock-turnover efficiently to ensure higher margins and reduce stock-aging liabilities;5. Track, analyze sales performance and forecast sales trend by category and by region, weekly sales report to monitor sales performance and make action plan in advance;6. Propose action plan and promotion to boost sales and ensure margin level;7. Regular communicate with operation team to better understand market needs and deliver product expertise to retail team, new product knowledge training for sales staff;8. Work closely with logistics team on new product receiving and launch schedule, implement replenishment timely;10. Work with marketing team about special event or normal advertising exposure in different channels to boost brand sensitometry;11. Conduct market research and analysis including monitoring competitors’ products, pricing strategy, promotion activities.
