  HIGHLIGHTS OF JOB DESCRIPTION (Current Position)• Handle, collect, scan and distribute all incoming FDA correspondence to the appropriate regulatory authorities.• 100% responsible for forwarding all FDA phone calls to the appropriate Regulatory person and make sure someone can cover for me when I’m not available.• Responsible for setting up high level teleconferences and meetings, such as FDA pre-meetings, FDA face-to-face meetings and debriefs immediately following these meetings.• 100% responsible in setting up requested meetings between FDA, Lilly and ImClone, in person or offsite, including hotel, food, individual or group transportations.• 100% responsible for arranging our Department Quarterly Meetings (3 times a year) • Prepare and submit expense reports.• Handle complicated travel arrangements domestic and international.• Maintain calendars, org charts, supply closet, and order office supplies. • Update and distribute internal department contact list.• Prepare and set-up interviews. Also responsible for partial creation and finalization of the new hire department check-off list and for creating a new hire welcome package for distribution on their first day of work.• Attend any and all trainings on new processes. • Open and approve Department Invoices and PO’s in SAP.• Update and Distribute Internal Budget for Vendors and Contractors. • Time Entry Coordinator for Regulatory department.• ELM (DLA) Coordinator for Regulatory department.Also, important information about myself which highly contributes to my success at work is that I am proactive, dedicated and trustworthy to whomever I work for and I can easily, adapt, evaluate and prioritize any type of work under pressure but yet remain calm and efficient.
