My main roles were: - Monitoring shipments from a low priority to a shipment to a shipment which has a urgent deadline which could ground an aircraft.- Dealing with debit notes and billing jobs.- Looking after one top customer to ensure they get the full attention and support they need on their shipments to ensure they arrive on time at the correct destination.- Monitoring import and export shipments.- Helping set up the correct documents which are needed to fly aircraft parts to new destinations.- Arranging domestic movements.
