I have enjoyed administrative roles in the past because I like the challenge of getting to make any situation more streamlined. I'm detail oriented and very organized with my work. With over 10 years of experience in office roles, I know I can help grow both small and big business. My earliest role was working at a CPA, scanning, and preparing documents in a tax software system for the preparers to complete. My time doing inventory control for a major jewelry company was very detailed, including near perfect audits, low shrink numbers, and even inventories. Working as an office manager in an upper-echelon setting gave me the chance to learn how to present to even the highest caliber of clients and set up the salespeople for success. I entered orders into factory systems, completed shipping/receiving of high-end custom clothing, and prepared it to be seen by the customer. I would gather reports, data, and metrics from 13 other stores for my direct boss who was the senior vice president of the company to help him conduct his managerial duties, while still being able to sell suits.I think all of these specialized skills and more, will help me improve any type of office setting.
