Guide and engage the Foundation Board in fundraising activities to achieve annual fundraising goals. Prepare and present regular reports to the board. Lead marketing and communications strategies, with a focus on social media platforms. Analyze data from previous years to create comprehensive annual fundraising plans, which include direct mail and email approaches. Solicit and secure gifts from major donors. Associate to the Foundation President and Campaign Director / Annual Fund Drive Co-Leader: Provide support to the Director and organization with the primary concern for the Foundation Board and committee. Assist the Director with the overall implementation and evaluation of annual goals and maintain data in accordance with organizational policies. Involved with all aspects of "A Kid for Life" Planned Giving Program, plan and participate in donor stewardship events. Act as liaison between Administrative Service Center and Foundation Board members. Coordinate efforts of the Development Team to assimilate reports and deliver pertinent data to all team members, VP of Development and CEO.

Responsible for financial management of the organization and supervision of the office staff. Duties include oversight of all financial aspects of club management, tracking income for the annual campaign, board commitments, grant income and fundraisers. Authorize expenses for all sites and monitor to budget. Establish cost effective vendor relationships resulting in significant savings to the organization. Prepare and analyze expense vs revenue reports for program planning purposes. Coordinate, prepare and participate in annual audit, participate in annual budget planning. Attend committee and board meetings, represent organization at social functions, provide support to CEO.

Accomplishments include forming a new partnership with El Dorado County Women's Center to address the impact of domestic violence on club youth; developing and implementing Outdoor Educational Program "Mountain Madness" in partnership with REI; and developing a Girls Leadership Program. Also implemented new member tracking system standardizing the process for all four club sites and hiring a coordinator to manage the program and fully utilize the capabilities of the system. Developed relationship with American Red Cross obtaining annual First Aid and CPR training to all staff at no cost. Responsibilities included coordinating efforts from all staff to meet organizational goals and deadlines, managing Human Resources and arranging employee benefits; preparing and presenting reports to various teams, committees and board meetings, preparing bank deposits and gift entry using eTapestry database. Plan and participate in special events and outreach activities.

Provided management of remote site and supervision to program staff. Ensured that all staff received training on a regular basis in BGCA standards and guidelines, as well as school district policies and regulations. Increased visibility of BGC in the community by participating in community events. Accomplishments included increased membership to a substantial level and a successful collaboration with Pollock Pines School District. As a result club members increased performance significantly.
