Independently leading new people caring and engagement program and succeeding in involving management team and Beijing/Guangzhou office to conduct consistently, which benefits about 1500 person times since last August.4. Planning annual training calendar and training nomination; training budget management; trainer for internal NEO and organizer for agency-wise internal sharing.5. Talent development program interviews and analysis for retention and internal mobility program upon business changes.6. Employee relations management like termination conversation and Performance Development Program.7. Organizing and leading management trainee program by monitoring their performance and holding half-year review for China independently and creatively.8.
