This included individual and group travel, relocation and new hire travel, as well as customer service related problems. Volunteered to head up and streamline a catastrophic team to assist several of our insurance accounts to get claims adjusters into hard hit natural disaster areas for their clients in a desperate time of need. Headed up a team of agents to start the new online chat feature, originally only servicing a couple of accounts. Due to the high level of service the clients received with this customer friendly feature, it was eventually used by hundreds of AmexGBT accounts. Met and exceeded all expectations in the short time I was with AmexGBT.
