Top rated travel management company, Amex GBT hired me to work in a SMART HUB to service multiple high end customers as it related to their international and domestic travel. This included individual and group travel, relocation and new hire travel, as well as customer service related problems. Volunteered to head up and streamline a catastrophic team to assist several of our insurance accounts to get claims adjusters into hard hit natural disaster areas for their clients in a desperate time of need. Headed up a team of agents to start the new online chat feature, originally only servicing a couple of accounts. Due to the high level of service the clients received with this customer friendly feature, it was eventually used by hundreds of AmexGBT accounts. Met and exceeded all expectations in the short time I was with AmexGBT.

Began service in the appraisal department, where I quickly learned software, production and customer service expectations. Needed more of a challenge and was transferred to the lender client Title Clearance team, which was quickly growing. Handled incoming calls and emails for client, as well as all customer service related problems and issues (Hotline Team). Was instrumental in streamlining this process as well as implementing new technology to the process to improve speed and service levels. Moved from the "hotline team", to senior level title clearance analyst, where I met and exceeded customer service expectations, Led in production for several months in a row. During slow periods I was "loaned" to other teams where needed, including our tax resource team and client relations, to name a few.

Handled all Impress related work including, business cards, and document creation, stamp creation, printing of every kind including, photos, contracts, large image, flyers, invitations, etc...book printing, and binding, cutting, trimming, creating of documents, assisting our guest in the self serve area, making recommendations based on customer ideas. Scanning, and saving of sensitive documents on to a hard drive, or similar storage for guests. Handling all fed-ex packages. Shredding of customer documents. Assisting floor associates with guest questions, and specific item locations. Coverage whenever, and wherever needed.

Exceeded sales floor expectations, and promoted to training of new associates. Promoted to customer service where I handled complaints, refunds, and online ordering for guests. Responsible for closing cash drawers, and other related store closing duties.

Was instrumental in founding the group Pilgrimage department, which turned a profit within 3 years of service to our guests. Worked closely with airlines, hotels, tour buses, and touring companies in arranging prices, and schedules within affordable guidelines for our customers.
