Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the old Georgia Pacific SAP system while headquarters worked on the template to replace it.Responsible for maintaining the rebate system on SAP. This was replaced by VISTEX. I converted all the contracts over to VISTEX and was given the role of being the project manager when we needed to convert it from SAP 4.6c over to SAP ECC 6.0. I was one of the few people left on site after the buyout. I spent much time fixing and fighting the fires of the BPCS side of the SAP / BPCS interface that was thrown together by the people who were terminated. Responsible for full cycle development, which included user needs definition, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Duties included programming in RPG400 and CL as well as training new programmers.
