Business Analyst (Contract)Experienced Business Analyst supporting the Site Reliability Center (SRC) at PNC Bank, focused on enhancing system reliability, efficiency, and operational performance. Skilled in data-driven insights, process optimization, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Proficient in analyzing performance metrics, improving workflows, and documenting key findings to help ensure high availability and seamless operations for PNC's critical systems.Principal Responsibilities • Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders to assess and refine workflows, enhancing automation and streamlining processes using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear, accurate documentation of processes, incidents, and improvements. Generate reports on KPIs, SLOs, and SLAs to monitor SRC effectiveness.• Incident Management Support: Assist in incident response and post-mortem analysis, documenting root causes, identifying preventive actions, and supporting reliability improvements.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the SRC, technology partners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on reliability goals and prompt resolution of service-impacting issues.• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, metrics, and SRC-related initiatives to management and relevant stakeholders.• Tool and Automation Development: Identify opportunities for tools and automation to improve SRC efficiency, reliability, and scalability.• Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks to system reliability and performance, supporting the development of mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
