As a CRA, my goal is to ensure patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance in the studies I monitor. In 2020, I completed a comprehensive training program and became a CRA, and now serve as a Sr. CRA for medical device studies. Cardiology and Gastroenterology are thereapeutic areas in which I've worked extensively.I value the relationships I have with my work colleagues as well as coordinators and investigators at my research sites. It is rewarding to support scientific and ethical research for technologies that have the potential to positively impact scientific knowledge and patient care. Prior to this role, I enjoyed 17 years as Academic Laboratory Manager for Biology and Chemistry at Kent State University's largest regional campus, KSU@Stark. The continual thread throughout my career is a true curiosity and interest in science and medicine, in understanding the work, and in encouraging the individuals involved. I am enjoy interacting with people at all levels of responsibility. Clear communication with respect and collegiality is a foundation of excellence.I also make ART!
