I have been with the bank since 1980 and have worked in numerous departments in the bank. Starting as a Teller, Floating Teller & Customer Service Rep, Corp. Customer Service, Teller Supervisor, Manuals Clerk, Branch Support - Special Projects, Business Banking Implementations, Treasury Services Implementations,and Treasury Sales Analyst.Teller - Worked in various branches as well as the Cash Vault. Floating Teller & Customer Service Rep, - Floated to the different branches to fill in as teller or CSR. This also included backing up the Cash Vault Lead Teller. Corp. Customer Service - Answered various calls for internal and external partners as well as customers. Researched and resolved any issues that arise.Teller Supervisor - Supervised from 6 to 8 tellers in a branch which included scheduling, reports, reviews, etc. Ran operations for 2-3 ATMs. Manuals Clerk - Created and updated the following manuals - Teller, Cust Ser Rep, Research, ATMs, and created the annual phone book.Branch Support - Special Projects - Created the teller staffing model in SC which is still being used now. Replaced all the ATMs in SC which included scheduling builders, technical support, movers, branch training, and inventory. Business Banking Implementations - Supporting BBG customers for packaged implementation and for customer service. Treasury Services Implementations - Supported Treasury Sales Officers in the implementation process from simple services to complex. Treasury Sales Analyst - Supports two Treasury Sales Officers through booking, submitting for implementations, sales to lower tier customers, meeting our goals, reports, pricing, working projects to help SAs in this position.
