As a current undergraduate student at Indiana University in Bloomington, my experience here as a Marketing/Sales major has shed light on the importance of Leadership, Creativity, and Communication. Leadership: Working together and guiding others to achieve a shared goal is one of the many things relating to leadership that I am passionate about. In the past, I have held student leadership positions that required me to lead over 100 members and an officer board of six. I am hopeful that I will continue to refine my leadership skills in the future and in the professional world.Creativity: I have served on several large projects and event planning committees that required both an imaginative outlook and a creative approach. I continue to not only push myself to think outside of the box but also to hone the artistic aspect of my personality. Finding new ways to incorporate creativity within business is a boundless goal.Improvement oriented: Through volunteer work, I have learned the value of self-improvement that not only benefits yourself, but also those you are working with and for. I enjoy setting goals for myself that support growth in both my own skill development and that of others.
