Formerly responsible for promoting Point-of-Care Diagnostics customer outcomes, she engaged with Marketing and Sales to recognize customer success, promote products in media, and write about diagnostics and disease states. With Siemens from 2005 until 2023, Connie’s roles included Head of Global Marketing Education and Value Ambassador for POC Diagnostics, Director, Marketing Communication Programs, Director, Global Marketing Education, and Sr. Outreach Marketing Manager. Connie is a frequent writer, speaker and leads professional development workshops on a wide range of topics including Storytelling, SPIN® Buyer Focused Marketing and Coaching SPIN® 2.0, DiSC® Behavioral Profiles, Enhancing Business Communication, Discretionary Energy, Ideation, Conflict Resolution, Presentation Skills, Outreach, and Writing for Business to industry, professional, and government audiences. Connie writes for trade and peer-reviewed publications, including Medical Lab Observer, Clinica, Courts Today, and Clinical Laboratory International, as well as for the web and the ABC Times Square Super Sign. She authored a children’s book on allergy, Thomas Meets a Zebra, the catalyst for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics and The Walt Disney Company’s introduction of an award-winning storybook educating children and parents about the diagnosis and management of allergies. The Siemens Allergy Education Outreach Kit based on the storybook won Gold honors at the Medical Marketing and Media Awards.
