With 15+ years' experience in the payroll function in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, I enjoy processing payroll and am passionate about process improvement -- I'm especially adept at discovering the root causes of process malfunctions and inefficiencies. Whether as Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Lead or Payroll Representative, I pride myself on continuous learning and my ability to troubleshoot, provide outstanding customer service and to educate others. I gain great satisfaction in researching information and solutions for myself as well as for training my colleagues. With a solid understanding of HRIS, I have achieved success implementing new payroll systems and integrating acquisition activity into existing payroll systems. Always learning and developing, I view my role as helping my colleagues and staff to learn, understand, develop and become motivated to be all that they can be. I thrive in an environment that is fast-paced where relationship-building and doing the right thing are encouraged.I'm currently seeking my next career challenge, in transition as a result of a corporate reorganization.
