Manage the trafficking and production of print, broadcast, web and digital advertising. Work with account teams to understand specific project plans and expedite project production. Assist in the development, production and implementation of campaigns and projects that meet established marketing objectives. Create and manage project production schedules and obtain cost estimates from qualified resources for all types of advertising, collateral and specialty projects. Work with internal and external resources to determine and administer timelines and responsibilities. Assign and oversee all projects in the creative/copywriting area; distribute workloads efficiently, navigate obstacles, expedite rush jobs ensuring that all due dates and schedules are met. Manage the space, insertion order, materials extension and materials delivery activities with publications. Ensure that all materials are shipped promptly and correctly. Supervise and approve all production phases and process all types of advertising, collateral and specialty projects, including attending on-press approvals for 4/color print projects. Including proofing projects for accuracy and completeness. Utilize project management software to schedule projects and pull required reports. Monitor and report on the status of projects in the system. Generate project budget estimates and monitor throughout the the process. Issue purchase orders. Approve invoices for processing. Utilize database to store invoices and proof-of-performance, obtain required reports and data and reconcile actual costs to estimated costs. Evaluate existing and prospective suppliers for maintenance of high industry standards relative to utilization of current technology and equipment, as well as quality of deliverable.
