Handle the day to day operation of Tucson office from answering phones, mail, supply ordering. Upkeep of database information for Tucson office and Albuquerque office in Sales Force. Balancing of revenue for monthly digital media to match Sales Force and billing department for 2 cities and temporarily a 3rd city while training the AA to handle it. Pay all invoices using correct coding while watching budget items. Training of new Administrative Assistants in other city offices or refresher training for current admins. Help field sales reps with any items they call in with, i.e. updating passwords for our website, correcting or adding leads tracking numbers, obtaining invoices from our credit department to send to clients and any other requests that are made. Complete requests for information from Regional Sales Manager.Received the Certificate of Excellence "Best Administrative Operation" for 2013.
