I am a driven individual who strives to bring people on the journey with me when implementing new systems and practices.I have over 20 years experience in the Financial industry. I look after the full range of products and services that LBG offer from Money in through to Bereavements on Life and Pensions. I am accountable for multi site activities, this includes overseas and processes dealing with incidents and finding solutions to ensure the smooth running of the business.I have overseen the migrations of five out of date systems over to a new up to date platform and dealt with all the challenges that that brings to both customers and colleagues whilst in transition period with future migrations onboarding in the coming months whilst working within budget constraints.I oversee the Financial Reconciliation for LP&I from the Operational side of the business to eliminate operational loss.I work alongside and work with the project management teams to find a fine balance of our operating model of maintaining service whilst SME’s are released to use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the new systems will work for the intricate policies we service.
