My new role with Elm Street is Director of Client Services Operations as well as Acquisition Integration & Operational Excellence. The Director of CS Operations is responsible for all COS/CSM (Onboarding and Account Management) Operational functions in support of Elm Street’s mission, vision and goals. The Director develops an environment and culture that embraces continuous improvement and innovation to ensure best practices are achieved in all areas of the client experience. I will work to drive standardized KPI’s across multiple teams. I will coordinate with other functional areas that impact or support COS/CSM Teams to ensure appropriate collaboration and system wide efficiency of operations. Along with the above, I will work with newly acquired companies to help with their transition into the Elm Street family. Although I have been transitioning into this role for several months, I am pleased to make this announcement officially.
