Responsibilities for: all publications & advertising for the parish (monthly newsletter, annual report, weekly bulletins, weekly email updates, bulletin boards, phone system, website and blog); coordinating volunteers (altar assistants for weekly services, keeping calendar of church events); keeping backup systems, computers, printers, and copiers functioning; coverage of maintenance and treasurer functions when necessary, running staff meetings; supervision of all issues related to parish (weddings, funerals, baptisms, events); communication and filing reports with the Diocese.

Retail management; coordinating skills in communication, merchandising, computer literacy, customer service, organization, and flexibility.
