In the manager's position at Southwest Tour and Travel I oversee a staff of two travel agents and two tour planners. I am in charge of all aspects of tour planning and tour operations from deciding the upcoming tour calendar, assigning tour planning, pricing the tours, assigning tour escorts or escorting the tour myself if needed. Marketing of the tour and travel as well as financial decisions involved in whether it is financially viable to run a tour. I currently am using Quickbooks for its scheduling and bill paying features.I head up the international group department. Our local college uses our agency for their travel needs. We have booked an Australian group for 85 people in May 2000, a group to London and Paris

In my years working for Cenex Harvest States I had various job duties from grain accounting, to feed rations, to selling and invoicing agronomy products, to buying and selling grain, to working with the Ag Financing department. I worked closely with Fin Ag to process the forms needed to establish a loan for crop inputs for our customers. In the position I had before leaving Cenex Harvest States I worked with the preparation of the financial reports from the seven different branch offices using an AS 400 system. I was in charge of all financial aspects of the coop accounting. I also put together profit and loss statements using Excel for the different profit centers. I created a Website for Cenex Harvest States using Microsoft Publisher.
