Provide CMMI Process Improvement support for Cepeda Systems and Software Analysis, Inc. to conduct CMMI-DEV Artifact Quick Look reviews and Readiness Reviews using the CSSA Appraisal Partner (CAP) tool ensuring compliance of customers’ evidence to the CMMI practices. Participate as a team member for CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC SCAMPI appraisals.Serve as liaison for iConsulting, LLC to provide leadership and technical support for Charter School admission lotteries across the U.S. This involves hands-on support at Charter Schools to prepare and perform the admission lottery process and deliver certified results.

Led successful execution of a contract task order supporting the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) CIO / G6 Enterprise Portal (AEP). The AEP provides enterprise knowledge management, executive dashboards, and collaboration services utilizing Microsoft SharePoint, Project Server, SQLServer, and third party tools for a global community of over 150,000 registered DoD users. The portal environments supported included the production, COOP, staging and development enclaves in unclassified and classified environments. Provided leadership of the project team to deliver engineering, architecture, integration, custom solutions and testing, operations, cyber security, classroom training, and Service Desk Level II and III support. Provided hands-on technical participation in cyber security, DIACAP/RMF activities, software engineering activities, and infrastructure planning. Directly interfaced with all stakeholders including the AMC CIO, end users, the AMC Global Information Technology Operations Center (GITOC), and AMC Major Subcommand management. Developed the project management plan, scope, objectives, work plans, schedules, risk mitigation plans, level of effort estimates, and quality management plan. Monitored and tracked contract performance to meet quality standards and corporate objectives. Produced weekly and monthly deliverables; led weekly Government meetings, industry partner project meetings, and program management reviews.
