Koala is a national residential chemical dependency treatment provider.Direct sales calls to end-user accounts throughout Tennessee to maximize brand awareness. Created and implemented educational programs for families and schools to identify addiction earlier and receive treatment. Developed collaborative relationships within the Tennessee Judicial system and created the first on-site addiction assessment. Increased revenue by 55% the first year and implemented Drug Free Workplace standards throughout the state with businesses. Selected Accomplishments:Partnered with Metro Nashville public school system and developed an after school program that Koala supervised and managed.Secured contract with state of Tennessee, which was the largest revenue-producing contract in the company. Developed and implemented adolescent program, HALO (Humans and animals living together) which encouraged patients to work with local Humane Associations for growth with their interpersonal skills.Created and managed an annual charity event with local country music artists, "Celebrity Cheer", which hosted celebrities preparing and serving their favorite non-alcoholic beverage for the holidays to attendees. The charity proceeds were given to local school programs for purchasing supplies. Developed a relationship working with "Music Cares" who provides monies for Music industry songwriters and entertainers who need treatment.
