- Code Team Member - Teach faculty-specific cheer to over 100 first year nursing students - Engage nursing students in events and encourage them to participate in cheers and dance- Provide a fun experience for first-year nursing students during welcome- Assist during move in week-end: welcome first years to their residence buildings, move their luggage and boxes, present parents and students to their designated rooms- Promote nursing-specific events for first-students to participate in, such as Beach Day and Carinival-themed event night!- Mentor and provide thoroguh answers for anxious first year students

- Day in the Life Presentation - Answer any inquiries about McMaster University and the Nursing program- Directed prospective students to the CSBL simulation labs and info booths- Welcomed accepted Nursing students for the upcoming year

- Interacted with patients and family members to ensure they are welcomed during their pre-operation and post-operation experience - Assisted medical team (nurses and surgeons) with escorting and directing patient to various facility and departments (CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, etc)- Restock the medical carts with sanitary pads, medical tape, gauze pads, etc- Prepare room for patient to change into medical gown and appropriate clothing - Ensure patient is cared for and their belongings are brought to a safe room during their care

- Stock snacks (chocolate bars, gum and candies), gifts, and purchasables- Answer any inquiries from patients, families, or staff- Provide customer service during all hours of shift - Provide route guidance and directions when needed
