I am an experienced Director and Senior Project Manager with 20+ years of experience in land use planning and environmental compliance consulting. I guide land developers through the very complex planning and land development entitlement process. I manage CEQA compliance projects with a focus on goods movement/supply chain, industrial, commercial, energy, and residential land uses. I have also worked on Real Master Plans for military installations in the U.S. and in Europe. I lead large project teams to overcome complex and litigious planning and environmental impact issues for development projects. I have successfully managed a variety of land development projects through the entire planning, design, environmental compliance, and local, state, and federal approval review process. I am a goal-oriented manager that enjoys seeing our clients satisfied and watching a development project come to fruition. I have managed environmental compliance and land use planning projects for logistics warehouse, industrial, residential, commercial, retail, master-planned communities, energy, and mixed-use projects. I have led technical analysis and prepared complex documentation in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and am skilled at managing projects and coordinating with technical experts.
