Successfully managed all facets of the facility in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations Personally recruited, hired, trained and motivated personnel, including 120 employees and 15 consultants for 120 bed non profit facility Directed preceptorships for 6 individuals who are now licensed nursing home administrators
