I did this along with creating the process and documentation for what the PMO would look like and then trained each of the PM's on what they needed to fill out. One of the other duties was to take over the additional Phases for Microsoft Dynamics 2012 for the CFO.While working on the PMO process and documents, I also worked on various other projects that did not have PMs. One of the last projects I was working on was integrating Dynaway EAM to our current Dynamics Environment. Part of my duties was to spent mentoring others on how to manage/run a project, create a project plant, budgets, etc. There were several people who had not run a project before and needed some guidance. One of the largest projects I worked on was the new communication and GPS system for the IndyGo buses. I was part of the Testing of the system along side the vendor which included overseeing the installation of the equipment on the buses. Learning the software and how to administer it when necessary. Working with dispatch, training, the operators, etc. on what they would need to know to do their jobs effectively. IndyGo has been working on a new rapid transit system using only electric buses and those has some special code that had to be written into the software and that needed to be tested prior to the launch on September 1st. Worked with some departments on process flows and created Visio documents for these processes. Create a Standard Policy including encryption of passwords and how often they need to change. Review and update password change process. Review the internal tools to see if we can automate password changes. This means that we are also required to remove any lower versions of TLS and SSL before going to Production. Show less

Manage projects across the US and Europe. Work with different vendors for these projects. ADP and Sharepoint Engine are two vendors that I am currently working with. Manage people in North American who are part of my project team for all my projects. One of my projects was to implement ADP eTIME time entry software for NA. That went live 9/25/11. The other is implementing a Website using Sharepoint 2010. I have been able to learn these applications while running these projects.
