Responsible to guide and direct a rehabilitation team of > 75 therapists including PT, OT & SLP. Develop, all aspects of the regulatory requirements of the program including policy and procedure development, Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, clinical documentation and on-going therapist education and training. Responsible to participate in all aspects of Medicare claim denials including Re-Determination of Claims, ADR Requests and RAC Requests.
