Develop, all aspects of the regulatory requirements of the program including policy and procedure development, Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, clinical documentation and on-going therapist education and training. Responsible to participate in all aspects of Medicare claim denials including Re-Determination of Claims, ADR Requests and RAC Requests. Responsibilities include review of all medical and therapy records, report summary and preparation for UR/QA Team and physician review.

Directed and managed a team of rehabilitation professionals at an outpatient rehabilitation facility with a focus of treatment and rehabilitation of injured workers. Also directly responsible for the management of the company's third party contract to provide in-person functional assessments to determination eligibility for paratransit services based on ADA guidelines.
