I began my career in the financial services industry as a sales consultant for a large broker. I quickly discovered I have a passion for people, a keen eye for detail and drive for providing the best possible service. As my career developed, I moved into advisory roles, developing a very much consultative and holistic approach. What was most important to me was fully understanding my clients needs and supplying a wholly tailored solution based on the individual and their circumstances. Through out my time as a protection adviser I discovered a talent for building long lasting and trusting relationships and an ability to have tough, personal conversations. More recently, I knew I wanted a new challenge and to take my career in a new direction, but I never wanted to lose my belief in having my clients best interested at the heart of everything I do. I knew whoever I worked with next would have to share the same values and work ethics. On to the next chapter … with CH4B!
