Contract Interior DesignerLab Null May 2020 - Oct 2021Took a stab in spearheading a remodel of a worn apartment that needed repair from MEP to waterproofing. I worked side by side with the client to figure out the scope and budget as well as the design direction. We redesigned, modified, and replaced old fire protection systems, water pipelines, and HVAC systems, following regulatory requirements. I administered the project from demolition, setting out, waterproofing work, floor leveling, FF&E installation, and delivery to completion. At times, managing up to 10+ subcontractors simultaneously.

My daily responsibilities include: handling clients' orders, creating rendered elevation, providing quotes, and generating technical manuals for murals to be sent to print. On creation days, as a group, we brainstorm ideas and experiment with a creative range of tools, such a soap bubbles, plants, and flower buds; we use methods such as plant pressing, dying, and physical movements. I assist the team by using Photoshop to overlay and edit the artworks created and turn them into mural patterns.
