About Connie Chou

I love people. In college, I learned how I can utilize my love for people and interactions and turn it into a career path. I want to meet and understand people and connect them with things they love. The psychology of consumer decision-making fascinates me, from the moment something catches their attention to when it makes an impact and leads to a sale or at least a Google search. Through my experiences, I learned how I can utilize my curiosity for understanding people to help companies capture their audiences’ attention and show why they’re “it”. I have experience using A/B testing, focus groups, survey testing, MRI and Nielsen to understand consumer behavior. From my experiences, I learned it is important to filter out the noise and understand the true sentiments, in order to improve the consumer experience.
