As a Licensing and Contracting specialist, we onboard new Marketing Organizations, Agents, and Agencies, order and interpret the background investigations, ensure that agents are complaint to sell our products, I also answer a high volume of emails and inbound calls regarding licensing, contracting and commission inquiries and I also help train new team members

This role perform duties related to the processing of applications for annuity policies. I review and process all new business annuity applications for accuracy and completeness. I ensure that all the supporting forms are completed and in good order with the proper signatures and I issue policies once requirements are received; types amendments and letters as needed; and perform other duties as assigned or required. In addition to New Business, I am also trained to help out in other departments as needed including Death Claims and Remittance.

Wells Fargo is always keeping me busy. From calculating and balancing Trustee and Debtor checks, I also respond to internal and external inquiries from personnel and customers by verifying data, identifying issues, researching solutions and perform a variety of procedural tasks for bankruptcy loans.

By reviewing and analyzing bank court documents, I conducted Chapter 13 audits to various processes from payment change, to motion for relief and to closing in competing time constraints. I have also become familiar with several softwares such as: BTS, LCI, NDC, MSP, and Excel.

A Resident Assistant has various roles and responsibilities. With managing a university residence hall floor of 40 undergraduate students, I help to answer any questions they have, build a community in my house and hall, encourage community involvement, being attentive to resident safety and hall security, advertise events, create programs and activities designed to meet the needs of the residents.
