With over 15 years of experience in instructional design and development, I am passionate about creating engaging, effective, and accessible learning solutions for diverse audiences and contexts. As a Senior Instructional Designer at the International Food Protection Training Institute (IFPTI), I collaborate with subject matter experts and the instructional services design team to develop, maintain, and support high-quality instructional materials for food safety professionals.I am also a doctoral student at Western Michigan University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on organizational analysis and change.
