Mission: Provide free sports screenings and education for prevention of biomechanical injuries in high school athletes.Responsibilities: Network with high school athletic directors, create screening forms and educational handouts customized to each sport, coordinate staff to perform screenings.

Responsibilities included day-to-day operations, training front desk staff, facilitating transition to electronic medical records, verifying patients’ insurance benefits, monitoring insurance benefits, entering outcome measures (FOTO), creating and managing aide work schedules, and training incoming PT aides.

Developed website allowing members to reference materials from previous presentations. Created and integrated email addresses for each committee, improving the organizations infrastructure. Computerized sign-in and email sheets. Created detailed plan for Run For Rehab, a 5K run/walk event to support those who cannotafford their necessary therapy.
