Manage regional micro-testing, oversee brand strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare brands for pilot and full-scale production, support brick and mortar retail and e-commerce marketing campaigns, lead new product roll outs with sales and distribution teams. - Brand managed bi-coastal product launches in Los Angeles and New York working with retailers in boutique grocery, big box, drug, and convenience retail chains including Costco, Vons/Safeway, Albertsons, Sprouts, Walgreens, Gelson's, and, 7-11. Responsibilities include: 1) Coordinating promotional sampling to support sales teams and retail locations 2) Managing cross-functional teams in execution of production at copackers, in-store POS design and printing, design of digital marketing assets 3) Leveraging syndicated (IRI) and consumer insights trends data to establish opportunities for growth 4) Prepping buyer retailer presentations 5) Procurement and production of select raw material (i.e. bottles and fridges) in China to reduce cost of goods- Write business plans for Clients that include market analysis, sales and marketing strategy, competitor landscape, and exit plans: Responsibilities include: 1) Market research and category insight 2) Evaluation of cost of goods to determine retail price points and proper margins 3) Strategize with Clients on launch plans, catering business plan for desired investment
