As Equitable’s Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Operating Committee, I am responsible for overseeing and aligning marketing, digital, and insights and analytics efforts to advance business objectives and grow the strategic value and positioning of the company through deeper client engagement and an enhanced end-to-end client experience. I implement programs to advance the company’s holistic approach to helping clients reach their goals allowing more Americans to face the future with confidence.I bring to this position decades of relevant experience, having held senior leadership positions across several prominent brands and companies, including CMO of TIAA, where I oversaw the transformation of the company’s marketing strategy, digital experience and brand. Prior to Equitable, I was Principal of the Tracker Group, a management consultancy which advised marketing, brand strategy and investor relations leaders at a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. I have also led award-winning organizations in investor relations and marketing as an executive at The Hartford Financial Services, AT&T, Microsoft, McGraw-Hill and MCI.I am currently a member of the Board of Directors of Citizens Inc., Connecticut Public Media and Make-A-Wish America.
