Current- Managing full recruitment cycle for caregiver and administrative openings
- Reviewing 300+ applications monthly; scheduling, conducting, tracking feedback of 100+ phone screens monthly, leading weekly group interviews of 12 qualified candidates, extending 5-10 offers weekly, and reviewing.
- Maintaining and updating Greenhouse ATS, CRM, and other databases with candidate information
- Attending monthly recruiting events throughout the Bay Area to increase the number of qualified candidates and to increase organization awareness
- Supporting HR with pre-hire to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hire and hiring managers
- Addressing all applicant inquiries with prompt and courteous responses
