Project 2: Tested Micron’s pre-release Automata Processor (AP) SDK by simulating complex unstructured data stream, which is useful to analyze patterns in DNA sequences Project 1: Analyzed genetic data from patients with skin cancer to find correlation between base pair transition mutation and presence of cancer in melanocytic cells. Differentiate significance of mutations in male and female patients.

Developed a Web Portal, that links to a MySQL database. Developed C# script using Visual Studio, that updated records on Job Boss (a manufacturing software that the company uses to record parts production and order statuses) from accurate data on the database.
