With more than 22 years of experience with family law litigation and mediation, I bring substantive knowledge of emerging law and significant trial experience to the practice of family law in Florida. As a skilled family law advocate, I am a zealous advocate in pursuit of my clients' rights. My legal experience and trial work is valuable in dealing with substantial legal issues, in negotiating marital settlement agreements, and dealing with formal mediation and appellate work. My knowledge of current and emerging legal issues has garnered me recognition in the legal community. I’m a contributor to the The 'Rules Rule' column of the Clearwater Bar Association (CBA)'s Res Ipsa Loquitur Newsletter. I am also the newsletter's former editor. In the past, I have served as Chair of the CBA's Family Law Section, Bench & Bar Conference Committee, and Oyster Roast. I was an Executive Counsel Member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and participated as a Chairperson, Co-Chair and Committee Member of the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) for over ten years. I have published articles in local and State bar news publications and have lectured on various topics related to family law.
