Current• Responsible for administering all aspects of Human Resources for employees in multiple states including onboarding, hiring/recruiting, interview process, disciplinary action plans, and drug testing• Revised company handbook to better meet the needs of company size, created employee forms both internal and external• Process payroll, multi-state and federal tax filings• Manage all aspects of employee benefits programs; negotiate and execute contracts for health insurance, enrollment process, manage 401k, workers comp incidents, and disability claims• Supervise office administration and support staff members• Conduct multiple sourcing events for corporate insurance (General Liability, Workers Comp, D&O policies), oversee workers comp and field safety audits at year-end, present updates to management on any areas of risk• Located office space in multiple states, negotiated leases and vendor contracts, oversaw layout and design, managed buildout timelines and budget. Purchased office furniture and fixtures• Took on an additional role as State of Texas P-5 agent comprising of all state regulatory compliance and reporting duties as required by the Texas Railroad Commission. Learned production reporting software to train other administrative and field staff members. Audit field production reports, answer questions, oversee for accuracy.• Continue Executive Assistant responsibilities based on leadership needs including managing calendars, planning meetings, travel arrangements, setting up conference calls, preparing documents, monitoring voice mails and act as the point of contact.
