Served in Regular Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve for almost 38 years and retired as a lieutenant colonel on September 1, 2017. My most recent position was training officer for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program. Developed training materials using the ADDIE Model. Also, presented instruction to service members returning from deployment and/or mobilization and their families and supervised other presenters. Additionally, am a master Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Trainer and have advanced training in the Sexual Harassment and Assault Response Program (SHARP); human resource management; and military educational benefits.
