I’m a people-person, and for that reason I have spent many years in sales, account management, and business development roles. I'm very good at establishing customer relationships and helping them achieve success with the platform/software/service that I represent. The roles I had have always included an element of sales, which is awesome, but also tech, which is ever changing and challenging and forces me to always learn something new. Being a pre-sales engineer or solutions architect, I love how everything fits together and complements each other piece. It's like putting together a huge jigsaw puzzle. Currently, I'm the top performer in my division and I'm leaned on for more than my roll. Why? Because I'm able to bring different divisions together to address gaps in our processes and create a better working environment. How? I'm leveraging a breadth of experience from Sales to Service to Architect, which allows me to understand where everyone is coming from, bring teams together, and deliver what the client needs. I believe that's why I have been successful but it also helps that I am versatile, agile, and not afraid of taking on a challenge. I love the field I am in. A few accomplishments I'm proud of include: • Grew sales $1.2M/qr., exceeding $300K/qr. goal by maintaining a 90% close rate with qualified opportunities and successfully supporting 98 sales reps across the US, AK, and HI at Xerox. • Boosted revenue year over year by securing $3M/Q in recurring revenue at Xerox. • Positioned the organization for national growth by training and leading additional Core Sales Teams while serving as the only pre-sales representation for the US, while at Electronic Sys, for Xerox. • Consistently exceeded goals of $350K per quarter as the only salesperson for the startup operation at Mode5, enabling growth from 5 to 30 employees in a few years. I am focused on putting my passion and skills to good use. If you believe that I can help you, please get in touch or connect.
