Nadrasca is a disability support organisation in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne helping people live their lives, their way. We make no assumptions about the best way to support people – we are guided by the individual. Life is a journey of discovery, and our purpose is to help people along that journey.We support more than 300 people to achieve their personal and professional goals through a diverse range of supports and services including accommodation (Supported Independent Living and Outreach), day programs and activities, School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), supported employment and support coordination.As a non-executive director I work with the Nadrasca board to navigate risk, strategy and financial discussions and decisions in collaboration with the Executive Leadership team.

Delivery of the Strategic Growth Plan for all Australian retailers.

Role consists of managing 2 Major Supermarket accounts, and 1 Hardware account within the Australian retail industry.

This role consisted of National Account Management for all Non Grocery accounts, as well as Category Review development for the Major supermarkets. I also managed a small team of merchandisers for the major accounts.

Developing Shopper Based Solutions within the Pharmacy Retail environment & working closely with the account teams to drive significant sales & margin growth.
