Connie Weber joined the KPS3 team in 2020 as our director of operations bringing with her a wealth of operational knowledge and invaluable experience in managing both a growing team and company. From accounting, payroll, and billing to human resources and party planning, Connie does it all and is most excited to help develop the finance department at KPS3 to an even more technologically advanced arm of the agency. Although she was born in the Bay Area, Connie has been calling Reno her home since she was nine years old (she says she’s almost a native, but we’re going to give it to her). Before coming to KPS3, Connie predominantly focused on accounting and economics at both UNR and TMCC, eventually taking a position as a National Sales Manager for both KOLO and Reno Radio Representatives, visiting some of the biggest advertising agencies in the USA and treating media buyers to some pretty fancy lunch and dinners. From there, she continued to use her influence and sales skills at the Reno-Gazette-Journal before starting her own business, CW Media, and later, Bottomline Bookkeeping and Business Services. Connie is passionate about the Reno-Tahoe marketing scene and has continued to keep herself busy by sitting on both the Advertising Association of Northern Nevada board and AMA Reno-Tahoe board. When Connie isn’t busy balancing the books at the agency, she’s clearing her weekend schedule to ski, hang with her husband and best dog friend Tripper, jam to alternative, finish the daily crossword or sudoku (in pen), or play with her grandchild.
