I attended Cape Peninsula University of Technology where I successful completed two courses in preliminary and intermediate quality management.I then obtained my NQF 3 in Food (Cereals, snacks, pasta and condiments) manufacturing through Pioneer foods via FoodBev Seta (Optimum).Successfully completed, NQF 4 Generic Management via FoodBev seta.I was permanently employed at Pioneer Foods (Pty) Ltd for 10 years, started at Bokomo foods cereals Atlantis where I worked myself through the ranks from dispatch porter, production line packer ,production line operator, quality controller online & quality assurer inspector inbound stores.I was transferred / promoted to Pioneer foods Sasko Pasta as a Production shift Supervisor, managing a team of 7 operators.Moved over to Heinz-Kraft Atlantis as a Team Leader, managing their high demand factory, 3 production lines, a team of 3 supervisors & 34 operators / packers.From there I moved over to Bidvest Crown National in Montague Gardens as Production shift leader with a team of 15 operators/ packers.Completed Supply Chain management qualification at CPUT and were placed on dayshift only, assisting the Operations leader by managing the entire facility as an acting Production manager, achieving for the first time in the operations history, the Excellent award, BUSINESS UNIT OF THE YEAR 2018.Resigned from Bidvest Crown National at the end of 2018 and moved over to PFNONWOVENS Europe Czech Republic.I am currently based at PFNONWOVENS Cape Town Atlantis plant, forming part of the Plant start-up team in the role of Shift Leader.I greatly appreciate you, for taking the time to review my credentials and experience.
