During my time at Ikes, I was multi-trained for many positions. As a host, I greeted customers and sat them at an appropriate table while taking into consideration of which server was next to be sat a new table. In this position, I answered the phone making reservations, answering guest related questions and kept the entrance looking immaculate too. Server: Ensure guest satisfaction by giving them a fantastic guest experience. Introduced customers to our specials, took food/drink orders, efficiently brought out the guest food, and refilled beverages. Food runner: Worked with the expediter to ensure the food was prepared for delivery, and delivered the food to the guest.
