 Managed performance and competence of a team of 15 support engineers, solution architects and project managers. Cultivated excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders in R&D, Business Consulting, Solution Integration, Network Roll-out and Education areas of the telecommunications business.  Achieved high leadership satisfaction ratings 95% in annual company survey of my direct reports. Achieved high customer satisfaction of 90%+ through understanding clients’ needs and delivering cost-effective and high quality services. Managed major change project to consolidate Operations systems and support (OSS) equipment and resources to one test lab providing global clients with remote access significantly reducing cost of services. Performed training needs analysis and facilitated training for introduction of new OSS business area. Part of Ericsson's local diversity team that rolled out global diversity training program to local offices in Ireland Consulted with clients to implement business needs through technical proposals, and project plans. Implemented change project in pricing structure and business processes to separate man and machine hours and negotiated new service level agreements with all Irish clients. Mentor for Ericsson’s Innovation Group to assist employees with writing business cases for their technical and business ideas.

 Managed and supported Service Delivery Managed a team of customer relationship managers to schedule training delivery to Ericsson’s clients in Europe Middle East and Africa. ( 4,000 course days, 35,000 student days per year)  Co-ordinated rollout of new Learning Management System (LMS) globally to 28 education centres. Ensured successful transfer from local systems to one global LMS. Streamlined financial processes to reduce monies outstanding by 85%  Renegotiated contract with external learning consultants to reduce costs by 15%. Designed and delivered in-house modules in leadership development to trainers.  Responsible for tactical planning of resources across Ericsson globally (28 education centres worldwide) in Education business ( Instructor-led training, managed learning solutions, and structured knowledge transfer )Implemented new competency framework and linked to job roles, assessments and strategiesManaged stakeholders on all levels within Global Service Delivery
