Managed a portfolio of 32 professional skills courses, created a thorough staffing plan to recruit/contract/schedule instructors, collected and approved syllabi, administered the registration process, disbursed a $50k program budget, conducted post-program evaluations, and produced project reports for university executives at the end of each semester.Created an annual communication and event marketing strategy; consecutively developed 48 weekly newsletters to promote upcoming programming, share job market insights, and highlight career opportunities with students, faculty, and senior leadership.Implemented the annual SAISLeads program for 50 graduate students, oversaw a $20k program budget, exceeded the initial project goal by achieving a 4.4/5 weighted average participant satisfaction rating.Scaled-up the SAIS Long-Term Mentoring Program from its preexisting infant stage (<40 relationships over three years) to a total of 217 new relationships in one academic year; collaborated with four other departments on an aggressive marketing campaign to recruit alumni mentors; worked closely with JHU’s Director of Hopkins Connect to launch a brand-new online mentoring platform, PeopleGrove, across all nine divisions of JHU.Proposed and acquired a $120k budget for the SAIS Summer Internship Fund, processed student applications, made award calculations and disbursements, collected evaluations, and generated the annual report; successfully lobbied senior leadership to fund remote internships in summer 2020 during the COVID pandemic.
