As help desk specialist I was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving software and hardware issues for all departments of UT System. I managed deployment of the majority of Apple hardware for UT System utilizing JAMF, Apple DEP and VPP. I served as JAMF admin as well as DEP and VPP admin for UT System.

While at Apple Care, my role has included direct support for customers (phone support) including troubleshooting software (mobile devices), troubleshooting hardware (mobile devices), and managing customer information. As a Senior Advisor my responsibilities also included troubleshooting CPU hardware and software, taking escalations, taking complete ownership of customer cases, and interfacing with Apple Engineering as well other internal Apple departments.
